Most Epic And Hilarious Bridesmaid Fails

It is both a privilege and a responsibility to be asked to join a bridal party. However, bridesmaids occasionally fail to do their duties. From the bride who dressed her bridal party as Santa’s tiny helpers to the bridesmaid who was burned days before the wedding, here are some bridesmaids who didn’t realise their attempts were a disaster until it was too late.

The ominous sniffer

Photographers frequently ask the bride and her entourage to pose in a variety of positions in order to capture the perfect portrait. This bridesmaid’s posture might not have been the finest choice.

Look at how weird she appears as she is told she must sniff her bouquet. To be honest, the photographer could have been more specific in his instructions and urged them not to look up when sniffing the flowers.

Brad’s coffee

Wow, this bridesmaid appears to be incredibly thoughtful. After all, with so much going on before the wedding ceremony, it takes a special kind of thoughtfulness to consider buying the bride a cup of coffee as she prepares to walk down the aisle.

Instead of writing the word “bride” on the cup, they scribbled the name “Brad” in classic barista style. We doubt that this is even near to the bride’s given name.

It would take approximately ten cocktails for her to giggle about this one.

Oh, man, we’re not sure what this bridesmaid did to deserve no one notifying her that she had a piece of toilet paper hanging off her dress for an hour after using the restroom.

She apparently wandered around the reception looking like this before someone had the decency to tell her what was going on behind the scenes. We can only imagine the number of cocktails required to laugh this one off.

A little too much tanning

Showing up to your best friend’s wedding with a tan is actually #goals. That means you won’t have to rush to the next tanning salon and get a spray tan, hoping not to look glowing orange when you return.

Unfortunately, this bridesmaid over-tanned before her friend’s wedding, and while she doesn’t appear orange, she does appear to be an unhealthy shade of pale pink. You can only put on so much makeup.

Inadvertently unsupportive

Nothing a woman needs more than the support of her friends before her wedding. She needs to hear how beautiful she is, how wonderful the wedding will be, and also how perfect she and her future husband are together.

This bride was hoping for some encouragement from one of her bridesmaids that she was looking stunning, but all she got was “I look wonderful.” You don’t want to make a whoopsy daisy like that.

The Risks of Shopping Online

We’ve all been saved by online purchasing. Gone are the days of rummaging through racks in search of the ideal gown. We only need to press a few buttons now, and a dress will be delivered in a matter of hours.

The one disadvantage of online shopping is that you never know how the clothing will turn out. This is the result of one unlucky bridesmaid’s dress arriving looking nothing like the picture on the internet.

She, she… yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas

We can see that this maid of honour had excellent intentions when she wanted to post a sign for the wedding shower that said “she said yaaas.”

When she was planning this, she maybe should have been a little more specific about what she wanted the sign to say. She would not have wound up with a sign that said “she she yaaas” if she had been. It just appears to be unlucky.

Too much to bear

One of the bridesmaids’ jobs is to decorate the bride and groom’s getaway automobile. However, this is not their whole responsibility. They are also in charge of planning the bridal shower and bachelorette party, so we can guess that they already have a lot on their plates.

These bridesmaids absolutely forgot that they needed to decorate the getaway car, but when they discovered their error, they came up with this.

A significant obligation

Being the bridesmaid who is in charge of bringing the cake to the bridal shower sounds like a difficult task.

You just know there’s a whole team of women counting on you to complete the job well enough to make everyone seem good in the eyes of the bride. Although it was not her fault that the automobile in front of her abruptly stopped, causing the cake to look as it did, we’re sure the other ladies were not pleased.

It can’t be just us that sees a group of women who appear like they’ve been working on the planet Alderaan attending an Easter brunch service in this photo.

In their defence, this photograph appears to have been taken in the early 1980s or possibly the late 1970s, so it would be totally reasonable if the Star Wars franchise had inspired this motif. All these ladies needed were some Princess Leia buns to complete their ensemble

This was, hopefully, after the ceremony.

There’s nothing you can do to make up for pouring a drink all over a lady on her wedding day, in our opinion.

We can only hope that this happened after the ceremony was completed and the bride had a few drinks prior. Otherwise, we’d wager that this bride and her bridesmaid aren’t as close as they once were. At the very least, it made for a fantastic photograph.

That is more logical.

We’re fairly sure this bride didn’t want her bridesmaids to wear golf shoes to her wedding, but then again, maybe she’s a golf addict who only wants her bridesmaids to wear items that remind her of how much she loves the game.

Or there’s the bridesmaid who followed up by asking if the bride wanted them to wear gold shoes, which we believe is a lot more reasonable.

Maybe not the finest idea.

Some bridesmaids have come up with some fantastic ideas, which we’ve seen all over social media and DIY sites like Pinterest. Some bridesmaids, on the other hand, should consider what the end result of their brilliant ideas might be.

Consider this bridesmaid, who thought it would be a great idea to throw confetti all over the bride before she left the wedding. In principle, it was a good idea, but when put into practise, the bride looked like a complete disaster.

Little helpers for Santa

This bride must have been a huge Christmas lover to ask her bridesmaids to dress up as Santa Claus for her wedding day.

She should have thought twice before wearing her bridesmaids in these bright red gowns with white fur cuffs and collars. Instead of looking merry, they appear to be riding a reindeer and handing out presents to all of the hamlet children. Ho, ho, ho.

You only had one job.

For those unfamiliar with a stag and doe party, it is a gathering of the community to celebrate the newly engaged couple a few weeks, if not months, before the wedding day.

They throw a party and raise money to assist the couple in starting their new life together. When this bridesmaid was assigned the task of making popcorn for the party, she arrived with a bucket full of it.

Trying to blend in with the bridesmaids

We used to believe that brides chose white to stand out from the crowd on their wedding day, but these mismatched bridesmaids dresses do nothing to make the bride stand out. We can’t speak for everyone else, but when we glanced at this photo, we couldn’t help but notice the bride.

So, our recommendation to brides is to avoid allowing your bridesmaids to wear whatever they like. It does not appear to be a happy ending.

Heads that float

This tiny flower girl in the front seemed to be a little worried about the whole process, and we can’t say we blame her. Just look at the bridesmaids who are all dressed in the same fabric as the draperies.

It’s made of the exact same material. It gives the impression that the bridesmaids’ heads are floating in mid-air. To be honest, we’re a little worried about this whole thing.

For the camera, smile

When this bride finally received her wedding photos, she was overjoyed to discover that it was not she who had ruined all of the photos.

Instead, one of her bridesmaids managed to appear unhappy in a large number of the photographs. We’re guessing that this bridesmaid won’t be posting any of the wedding’s professional photos to her social media sites.

There’s nothing redeemable about this place.

The bride is the only one who appears to be in good shape. Apart from that, nothing in this photo appears to be redeemable. If the yellow hadn’t been stained and they hadn’t been wearing these ugly hats, it might have been a good choice of colour for bridesmaid dresses.

However, there would be little left of this look, so that isn’t a smart option either. This is essentially a bride who didn’t want her bridesmaids to overshadow her.

A tragedy in the making

If we witnessed something like this happen during a wedding, we would avoid it at all costs. Look at how many bridesmaids are forming a human pyramid.

It all sounds like fun until one of them falls over and injures himself. We just hope it’s not the bride who collapses. That sounds like a complete disaster. After all, a wedding without the bride isn’t really a wedding.

Extremely edgy

Okay, we’ll agree that these dresses are cute, but that’s all we have to say about this ensemble. However, we do not believe it is necessary to go into great length about why cowboy boots should never be worn to a wedding.

This is similar to what ladies who wear sharped-converses with their middle school graduation gowns wear to weddings.

The bridesmaids arrive, all dressed in white.

Every bridesmaid knows that the sole golden rule of weddings is that you should never, ever consider wearing white. It’s just so cheesy, and it steals all the attention away from the bride.

After all, that is the whole point of the day, so stealing her thunder is essentially a crime. This bride most likely requested that her bridesmaids wear white, but we believe this is a strange request.

Hopefully, some of them are capable of swimming.

This photo appears to be the ideal setting for a “yo mama” joke, but we believe the gags are simply cruel.

So, we’ll simply say that it appears that there were too many people standing on that dock, and look how wet they all are now. We just hope that at least some of these bridesmaids can swim, since that would be a major problem.

Mixing bridesmaids and cocktails

When you combine bridesmaids and an open bar, it never ends well. Well, it may always end horribly, but it can also end hilariously, as shown in this image.

We simply hope that no one got hurt as a result of this. Although we must mention that this bridesmaid appears to be extremely strong and capable, we believe she was unharmed after this groomsman leaped on her back.

In dire circumstances, drastic methods are required.

There are two types of wedding guests in the world: those who successfully capture the bride’s bouquet during the wedding, and those who are badly injured as a result of being knocked out of the way in their attempts to get the bouquet.

Actually, we can’t say we blame them. Some people are so determined to be married that they appear to have no other option.

Heads with fluff

We believe we can reasonably infer that this photograph was taken around the 1980s, which explains a lot. Apart from the fact that they appear to be warm, we don’t have much more to say about these costumes.

At the very least, the bride appears to be dressed in a reasonable manner. Those puffy caps do contribute something, though we wouldn’t say it’s necessarily a positive thing.

Humpty Dumpty 

To be honest, we don’t blame this bridesmaid for falling on the way down the stairs. Not only is she wearing a gown, which is difficult enough, but the steps themselves appear to be quite difficult.

The saddest part of all of this, we believe, is that she was seen on tape tumbling down. We have to say, this appears to be a rather humiliating situation.

This look ought to have died a long time ago.

Apart from the fact that these bridesmaids resemble Tube Men, they also appear to be quite uncomfortable and impractical to wear, and we can’t comprehend why anyone would send their bridesmaids to a wedding dressed like this.
