We have been keeping up with the Kardashians for long enough to know every detail of their lives – including what their home looks like. The family has invited us to look at their lavish mansions time and again, but they had some things we spotted that were quite bizarre and unexpected.  

The Kardashians and Jenner clan members have a soft spot for some strange home décor items. Read on to know about some questionable things they’ve spent billions on:

Kris Jenner’s Wax Statue

Kris Jenner has a life-sized wax figure at home, and it is so real that it even fooled one of her children. Kim Kardashian on Instagram praised its accuracy by saying, “This is her exact hairline, and I can’t even tell how amazing and creepy this is.”

Most people go to Madam Tussauds when they want to check out the figures of superstars, but in the case of the Kardashians, why go to the museum when the museum can come to you?

Stacked Cookie Jars

Khloe Kardashian has some strange home décor items that include hand-stacked two-gallon glass cookie jars in the kitchen. The most bizarre thing about the ordeal is that she isn’t a huge fan of sweets and keeps them for the aesthetics.

The perfectly stacked cookies, also known as “KHLO-C-D,” shared a tutorial video where she teaches her fans how to stack cookies. Her mother, Kris, ended up using the trick and humorously said, “I taught her everything she knows.”

Black Toilet Paper

In 2015 while speaking to The New York Times, Kris Jenner said that one of her bathrooms is covered in black marble, and it is no secret that she is a fan of this color. Funnily, it turns out that her black marble tiles match perfectly with the toilet paper.

In 2013’s ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ episode, Kim complained about the unusual color of toilet paper at her mother’s home by saying, “I like to see what… I’m wiping.” A close family member revealed that Kris has been using black toilet paper since 2006 and bit all the Kardashians are crazy about it.

Frozen Yogurt Machine

Many of us grab a bag of chips at midnight when we crave something, but that’s not the case with the Kardashians, especially Kim K. She can reach out for some frozen yogurt in the middle of the night, and not a store-bought variety, but her very own. The reality star has a massive machine in her kitchen, and that is not all; she also has dozens of yogurt toppings in her pantry with countless other snacks to munch on for the midnight cravings.

Kylie’s Handbag Room

It is no secret that Kylie loves showcasing her designer bags on social media, and no doubt she has an enormous collection. She has approximately 400 designer bags and various luxury bags from designers like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Judith Leiber, Dior, and many more.

It is not surprising to learn that Kylie has an entire closet dedicated to her bags, featuring mirrored walls and white shelves from floor to ceiling. She has an entire row dedicated to her Birkin bags, just like her mother, Kris.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had gone all-in while renovating their Bel-Air Mansion and reportedly spent $2 million on the makeover. One of many expensive additions to their home was a gold-plated toilet.

Their visit to Versailles inspired this couple’s renovation, and they decided to splurge on four Louis XIV-style gold-plated toilets, worth around $750,000. The most expensive golden toiler is the $5 million Hang Fung Gold Toilet.

Kylie Cosmetics Furniture

Kylie Jenner celebrated the success of her brand by welcoming custom-made Kylie cosmetics furniture into her home. She constantly comes up with different ways to promote her beauty line.

The modern bronze side table features a drip effect reminiscent of her signature Kylie’s lip kit packaging; the table is in her living room. The leather chairs are in various shades of pink that match the colors of her lip kits.

Money Flowers

Kylie Jenner has an office entirely dedicated to her cosmetic line, Kylie Cosmetics, filled with countless lavish items. One of the most bizarre and extravagant things we found in her home were flowers made out of money.

Kylie doesn’t shy away from wasting her fortune, with billion dollars at her disposal. However, the money flowers were not her doing as she got them as a gift from Alexander Wang, a fashion designer.

A Bowling Alley

Kim Kardashian & Kanye West spent a lot of money to remodel their Bel-Air Home costing $11 million. One of the rooms has a private bowling alley, and it seems to have made a great addition as they were spotted going bowling with their kids on several occasions in the past.

Gold Pacifier

As kids lose items often, it doesn’t make sense to invest too much money in them, pacifiers being one of those items. But Kim K wanted her kids to have the best possible pacifier money could buy. She bought a Suommo Dodo dummy, a lavish gold pacifier encrusted with diamonds that went around $100,000.

Custom Candy

Keep aside splashy and big items Kardashians spend their money on and focus on tiny details; you shall find countless things in their home, such as custom-made candy in Kylie’s office. She tried to add a splash of pink by filling the candy bowls with pink M&Ms and Starbursts. What’s strange is that they have Kylie’s face printed all over them.

Champagne Vending Machine

It is impossible that one doesn’t have fun while visiting Kylie Jenner’s house, as she loves spoiling her guests. Kylie also has a branded “Kylie Cosmetic Champagne Vending Machine” at her home.

Surprisingly, she isn’t the only one in her family who owns a champagne vending machine. Kylie’s mother, Kris Jenner, received one of these machines as a housewarming gift from power couple Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.

Velvet Range Rover

Like all the celebrities with millions in the bank, Khloe Kardashian has an impressive car collection. Although, some things set her cars apart. She owns a Range Rover that is wrapped in black velvet.

On Instagram, Khloe said that West Coast Customs, a luxury auto shop in Burbank, is responsible for her car’s transformation. She said she loves the new look, adding, “I feel like my car is rocking a Sean John sweatsuit.”

Swarovski Rocking Horse

Rocking Horses are some of the children’s common toys, but Kim K couldn’t settle for an average model that you’d get for $50, but she got a nursery with a rocking horse covered in Swarovski crystals. The Swarovski-encrusted rocking horse has a storage compartment in its belly and was hand-built, with each crystal placed manually. According to reports, the toy cost her $137,000, and it’s not difficult to see why.

Rob Kardashian does not get as much attention as his famous sisters, but that doesn’t stop him from living a lifestyle with all the luxuries that come with his last name and spoiling his daughter, Dream, with every chance he gets.

The Kardashian-Jenner sisters appear on the magazine covers more than we can count, and it seems they keep track of all of them. They also have a table filled with magazine covers that all the family members have graced in the past. They have made a great way to document all their achievements.

Many people do not welcome people into their pantry while touring their homes mainly because it is the messiest room in everyone’s homes, but the Kardashians do not have that problem.

Like other rooms in Kylie’s home, her pantry is picture-perfect and stocked with all the snacks and sweet treats you can wish for. It is so carefully arranged that one must not allow kids inside because they would make a huge mess.

It is pretty common for celebrities to publish books, but in the case of Kim Kardashian, she has put as little effort as possible into her book. In 2015, she released a coffee table photobook titled ‘Selfish,’ filled with selfies throughout the years. Kim has splurged a lot of money on unnecessary expensive toys for her children, and she went truly overboard with a teddy bear for her daughter, Chicago.

She brought an expensive toy, i.e., a Steiff Louis Vuitton teddy bear, reportedly worth $170,000. Despite the high price tag, the toy was average-sized and rocked with Louis Vuitton’s logo. However, Chicago could have enjoyed a $10 teddy, but that’s not how the Kardashians roll.

Kendall Jenner is more reclusive than the other people in her family and spends a lot of time in the public eye. Buy, whenever home, she shares some snippets and enjoys her home décor items that aren’t exactly functional as much as the rest of her family.

We all know that it doesn’t make sense to invest too much money on a gym bag as it gets smelly and sweaty from our workout clothes, but it seems like Khloe Kardashian didn’t receive a memo.

As we have mentioned earlier, Kris Jenner loves to spoil her kids, and any shopping excursion with her is undoubtedly extravagant.

She took her grandson, Mason, on a high-end shopping spree for his 9th Birthday and bought him a black-and-white floral detail Versace puffer coat that cost around $3,000. I wish I had a grandmother like Krish who could take me shopping on my Birthday.

There’s a saying, “Diamonds are a girl’s best friend,” and if you are a Kardashian, you can buy all the diamonds you want. In 2019, Kim K bought diamond grills to add some bling to her teeth by jewelry designer Dolly Cohen.

As per The Sun reports, she owns a bright pink Global Express that costs $72.8 million. She also has a master suite, two bathrooms, a crew rest area, a closet, a gallery, and an entertainment center in that Jet. Kylie celebrated her 23rd Birthday in the Jet along with her famous friends.
